This would be the second version of this song to see the test pressing phase of production. The first iteration was slated to be a Vintertainment release in 1986. This version is slightly more polished and was pressed a year later in 1987. Finally the plans for a commercial release were scrapped once Eric B And Rakim used the same sample for I Know You Got Soul which came out that same year.
